Returns & Exchange

– Items like scarves and stoles are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless arrived in damaged condition.

– Exchanges are available for clothing items either for size exchange or any other product exchange (in case of product exchange, the customer is eligible to shop for any alternative products from our page equal to the amount of the exchanged product).

– For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to send across the purchase item back to us in order to be eligible for an exchange.

For exchange in international orders, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost. The exchanged item will be charged extra for shipping back to international clients. For international orders- Incase you would like us to ship the exchanged product locally in India to avoid the additional international shipping fee, we can do the same free of cost. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue in the size you should contact us at +91 93720 06966 email us at support@patrah.com the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your exchange request, you are requested to send back the product on the below mentioned address. Please note the reverse shipping arrangements are to be done by you. While we are working on our reverse logistics, we are currently not in a position to offer the service.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, unwashed and unworn – in pristine condition. Goods must have no trace of perfume, makeup, deodorant etc.

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Refund

Clothing items are eligible for refund only if arrived damaged. Clothing items are eligible for exchange either for size or any other product from our website equalling the amount of the exchanged product.

Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers’ bank account.

For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to send across the purchase item back to us in order to be eligible for a refund.

For exchange in international orders, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost. The exchanged item will be charged extra for international shipping. Local shipping of the exchanged item in case of the international order is done at free of shipping cost. 

Important Note:

All the handloom products have been made in the finest Traditional craft by our heritage artisans. Considering traditional crafts, most of the processes are manual. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process. Hence, do not count as a defect.
