Patrah is committed to offer the best quality to its customers hence every piece is checked before it is delivered. We recommend you read our returns and exchange policy carefully.
Items like scarves, stoles and giftsets/stationery are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless arrived in damaged condition.
Clothing items are eligible for refund only if arrived damaged or if you have received a product with sizing issues.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can write us within 48 hours of the delivery at email@example.com. Please keep the subject as ‘Replacement’ and mention your order number along with the photographs of the defect.
If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pickup on the same address as delivery. After we receive the product, we will send you a fresh piece within 3-5 working days considering the availability of it’s stock.
Patrah holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
All the handloom products have been made in the finest Traditional craft by our heritage artisans. Considering traditional crafts, most of the processes are manual. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process. Hence, do not count it as a defect.
