Exceptions for Upcycled Items:

Upcycled items may have variations in patterns and designs compared to the product images on our website. These variations are inherent to the upcycled nature of the product and are not considered defects. Upcycled items may be eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to issue a full refund upon return of the item.
